IVV Webshops operates a number of online stores. This application is the internal dashboard
our team uses to report on those stores in one place.
What it does
The dashboard brings together data from the systems we already use to run our own stores, so
the team can see performance without logging into each tool separately:
Advertising statistics (spend, clicks and conversions) from the ad accounts we own.
Order and product data from our own stores, for sales and margin reporting.
Customer support conversations, to measure response times and recurring issues.
Time tracked by our own team, for staffing and cost reporting.
Access is restricted. The dashboard is not a public or commercial service.
It is used only by our own employees, each with an individual account, and it does not offer
accounts or services to anyone outside our organisation.
